25 year old Asian female, with asymmetric upper eyelid folds and left upper eyelid ptosis (droopy upper eyelid secondary to Horner’s syndrome), underwent Asian upper blepharoplasty (with incision method to create eyelid crease) plus left upper eyelid ptosis surgery (to raise the left upper eyelid), under local anesthesia in the office.
