Young girl who has inherited large myopic eyes (giving appearance of protruding bulgy eyes). Note the eyeball is anterior to the brow bone (left photo). She underwent cosmetic orbital decompression (orbit bone and fat removed behind the eyeball) which allowed the large eyeball to sink bank. Note the 3 months postoperative photo (right) shows the eyeballs are now posterior to the brow bone. (In future, she would also benefit from filler or fat injection around eyes to improve the hollowness around eyes.)
