24 year old female, was unhappy with severe bulging eyes and lower eyelid retraction (pulled down) from Grave’s disease, with significant change in eye and facial appearance. She also suffered from lagophthalmos (unable to fully close her eyes) with dry eyes. She underwent bilateral orbital decompression surgery (eye socket bone and fat removed from behind the eyeball to push back the eyeball) and lower eyelid retraction surgery (to raise the lower eyelids). Note improved eye appearance and function (eye is able to close now). Before and 2 months postoperative photos are shown.
