56 year old female, with droopy upper eyelids (ptosis) and excess loose skin and wrinkles around eyes complained of looking older and tired. She wanted cosmetic eyelid surgery to improve her appearance. She underwent droopy upper eyelid surgery (to lift upper eyelids and open her eyes by tightening the levator muscle which is responsible for lifting the upper eyelid), upper blepharoplasty (to remove extra upper eyelid skin), lower blepharoplasty (transconjunctival with fat repositioning and skin pinch removal), and lateral pretrichial brow lift (incision hidden along temple hairline), under local anesthesia in the office. Note more rested youthful eye shape and appearance, with natural looking results. Preop and 3 months postoperative results are shown.
