Oculoplastic Ptosis Surgery

60+ year old female, complained of saggy droopy upper eyelids (secondary to eyelid ptosis and excess skin and lateral brow descent) and under eye wrinkles, underwent cosmetic eye plastic surgery including upper eyelid ptosis surgery (droopy eyelid surgery to raise the upper eyelids), upper blepharoplasty (to address the excess upper eyelid skin), and lower blepharoplasty (transconjunctival with fat repositioning and skin pinch). 3 months postoperative photos after eyelid surgery show the eyes are more open with rested, youthful, natural appearance.
