Middle age woman, complained of asymmetric eyes secondary to right upper eyelid ptosis (droopy) along with excess upper and lower eyelid fat pockets and loose skin. She underwent eyelid surgery including right upper eyelid ptosis surgery (eyelid lift through external approach), bilateral upper blepharoplasty (upper lid skin removal), and lower blepharoplasty (transconjunctival with fat repositioning and skin pinch), under local anesthesia in the office. Note improved eye size symmetry and youthful eye appearance in the postoperative photo 3 months after eyelid surgery.
