68 year old female, wanted eye rejuvenation to less tired and old. She has extra upper eyelid skin, resting on her lashes, which prevent proper application of makeup. She also has under eye bag (fat prolapse). She underwent cosmetic quad-blepharoplasty, meaning bilateral upper blepharoplasty (with skin removed from upper eyelids) and bilateral lower blepharoplasty (transconjunctival incision with fat redraping), under local anesthesia in the office. Note improved, natural eye appearance with patient looking more rested and youthful. Preop and 3 months postoperative photos are shown.
