73 year old Asian male, with significant lower eyelid cicactricial ectropion and eyelid scarring after previous blepharoplasty (done by another surgeon), underwent revision eyelid surgery including lower eyelid ectropion surgery with skin graft, revision canthoplasty, revision eyelid ptosis (droopy eyelid) surgery, and revision blepharoplasty. Post-blepharoplasty lower eyelid ectropion can occur with transcutaneous lower blepharoplasty and it is prevented by transconjunctival lower blepharoplasty.
